About RankMyCompany
RankMyCompany.ai LLC is a Utah limited liability company founded by Garrett Smith. We do two things:
AI-search ranking. When customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google AI for a recommendation, some companies get named and most get skipped. We help local companies become the ones AI recommends — with published content, verified listings, and ranking tracked question by question.
The graded directory. We publish company rankings scored 1–100 under The RMC Standard — one public formula, open and licensed data sources, monthly refreshes, and grades that are never sold and never adjusted by hand. Our own clients appear in the same rankings, marked as clients, graded by the same formula as everyone else.

How we operate
The directory exists so a company's reputation rests on verifiable data, not on whoever pays a listing site the most. If your company's data is wrong, file a correction — disputes fix the data, and the corrected data flows into the next ranking run. If you want to be the company AI recommends in your market, check your grade and talk to us.
